I work out at 5:00 every day (slightly later on weekends.) I have a protein shake not long after the workout, and then I have more breakfast when I get to work. I have a healthy lunch around 12. I have a healthy dinner around 6 or 7. I have a few (mostly healthy) snacks available at work for when I get hungry.
