9:19 - people could probably be contagious before they realize they're sick.

Conversely, some people might look sick when they aren't. I have a sniffly nose all winter long - it starts running as soon as I come inside from the cold. I also have major foliage allergies every spring and fall. So someone seeing me blowing my nose might think I'm sick, but I'm not.

I probably have an irrational fear of this year’s flu, but I was wondering is anyone avoiding the gym, or changing their routine, to try to avoid the flu?
