All I've had the energy for in the past year is ensuring I get 12,000-15,000 steps a day. That's the whole routine. No special diet or even tracking (though to lose weight dieting requires extreme rigor for me)
But I have 3 months...
What would you do in that time to make the most impact?
Mediterranean diet like a normal person. If you have a 1 year old, you need to learn how to cook and eat normally every day, year in year out. Picture your child as a tween, teen, or adult asking for advice on a crash diet. What would you tell them.
Let's face it your expectations are unrealistic. You don't have to look amazing to enjoy your trip. You need to feel good and healthy.
