I found an excellent ADHD tutor familiar with TJ through Wyzant. She works in the Western County.

Try C2 education. They supposedly offer 1 on 3 or 4 tutoring.
For a cheaper option (weekend classes; maybe 1-5 to 7), try Sunshine academy.

I'm looking for someone familiar with TJ's syllabus to meet with my kid once a week to help him/her stay organized and efficient and also to answer any questions that might arise over the week.

If anyone knows of such a person, please post here or email me directly at genericem@yahoo.com. (I would prefer an adult such as a prior teacher or a TJ grad who has remained in touch with science/math).
