The instructor was the best. She showed us her ‘before’ picture. She was hugely obese, and started water aerobics, and was then a fit instructor. Just always upbeat and happy to be there.
I was by far the youngest, and probably among the least in shape! Those old ladies had been doing it for a while and were awesome. I felt like I had a serious workout at the end, but my body never felt that sore the next day.
It was my favorite. I found a class in my new town, but they only have daytime classes, no sitter, etc.
Op here. I also attend aqua fitness when I was pregnant. The ladies were so nice to me. They even came to visit me at the hospital when I gave birth! My water actually broke while I was in class. I've been attending the YMCA classes during the day. It's right next to my office so I go during lunch time.
