I took off about 8 pounds and have kept it off for almost 4 months so far. It was the jump start I needed. It did help me realize that I didn’t need as many calories as I thought and I’ve formed some better habits.

I don't know why it's not used more often. The doc told me it's been available since the 1950s (if I remember correctly). Probably because it's cheap and generically available.
