FCPS mom here. How long is lunch at APS? Ours is 30 minutes and that includes the time to wait in line for food ad well as the time to get to the cafeteria!

They used this organization http://wellnessintheschools.org to help revamp their lunch menus(unfortunately it doesn’t operate inVirginia). Would parents be interested in making a similar change? Another problem is the amount of time kids have to eat lunch.
