I don't see a problem with it. That type of thing happened a lot in college. Your universe is a bit bigger now, so it might feel a little weird. But it's really not a big deal.

We are all in our early to mid-30’s. The particular friend is an acquaintance of the group. We all hang out together but I’ve never hung out with him solo. They only had sex once. He has a girlfriend now. She told me that night that she recognized him and he said the same.

Your past is your past. It shouldn't matter. I slept with a co-worker of my husband's before my husband and I started dating. I didn't matter at all to him.
