Tell me more about the gut diet he suggests. Is it similar to Paleo? Low FODMAPS?

Leaky gut is a thing but it gets blamed for everything. It used to be fringe but mainstream science has found evidence of it. Fixing it isn’t fully backed by research yet.

has anyone compared these two?
-Tim Ferris: 4-hour body, slow carb guru
-Dr. Gundy: Leaky gut, similar diet, more restrictive. I came across his web ad and had it playing in the background while i did other stuff.
Does anyone have any experience with either or both - thanks!
