BCC is the best option for playing on a team. You may want to try a camp or clinic beforehand just to see if he takes to it before committing to a full season of playing games. Plenty of options around Bethesda.

BCC Baseball - hands down. My son has had a great experience starting with the recreational league many years ago. At your son's age you will likely be able to join a team of local kids (perhaps even school based) which will make the whole experience even better. Good luck!
