smoothies aren't zero points

me again, I apologize, that sounded really rude! That wasn't the question, and you likely don't care. I meant to offer advice to OP that smoothies are not 0 points. Carry on.

That makes no sense, all those foods are 0 points.

Dp. For some reason, blended fruits (smoothies) are not zero points.

+1 I like a handful of chopped blackberries

I only eat it plain, because I like it, but only couple of brands (my go to is Trader's Joe store brand, I can't stomach Fage or Chobani). I don't like sweet yogurt.

I top it with a bunch of frozen fruit (favorites are raspberries and peaches) an 1 tsp of sugar. That makes it 1 point. By lunch time (I pack this in the morning or night before) the fruit is thawed and the mix of fruit juice and sugar is sweet enough for me. Actually preferable to the pre-sweetened stuff, which was always too sweet.

DP here, but I think first quoted poster meant she MAKES smoothies by putting the yogurt in with the fruit/spinach.

NP WW specifically states that smoothies even of all 0 point foods are NOT 0 points. Basically this is because when the typical person eats a smoothie, they are eating far more of those foods than they would if they just ate the fruit/veg itself. I mix in some zero calorie drink powder - like Crystal Light or MiO.

Can you sweeten a little with stevia?

I add a tablespoon of low sugar strawberry jam. It’s only one point. I can’t eat it plain either, but it’s quite good this way.
