Ask the dealer to fix it or ask them to take back the car. If not, call consumer affairs or someone to get some help. It easily a $1000 repair.

It could take a while for the A/C to get cool but it shouldn't really unless it's summer. First red flag was buying a Honda from a Nissan dealership.

What year civic? A Nissan dealer can not certify a Honda unless it’s a made up “dealer certification”

In some states, purchasing a used vehicle “as is” means that you are not entitled to any repairs after you buy it.

It is a truly a sucky law.

But since only two days have elapsed since purchasing the car, in an act of goodwill the dealer may look at it at no charge & try to work something out w/you regarding repairs.

If they do not,
Yelp is your best friend.

I thought most places offered a 30 day warranty to fix things like that. Check with your state's consumer protection office. It's often part of the Attorney General's office. They would know and be able to tell you quickly.

Op here: I meant to write it was freezing outside that day so it was hard to tell. It seemed to be blowing out cold air that day.

Depending on what state you are in, you may be able to void the sale. Take it back and tell them to fix the AC or they can void the sale.
