+1 The wait for a weekend appointment can be months long in this area. Make the appointment assp, or do the appointment elsewhere if you can. For example, at the West Palm airport I could have walked in, but I didn’t have my passport.
Once you have conditional approval, just find any time available at the closest location to you and book it. Then, if you can make it to downtown DC, just do a walk-in at the office at the Reagan Building at Federal Triangle. Never a bad wait there because they have a lot of officers available.
