I love that stuff too. I would look up recipes for kafta and then figure a way to make it spicier. Kafta isn’t spicy but that’s the base of their meatballs.

Does anybody have any idea how to make this? I'm in love with their spicy lamb meatballs but can't seem to find a similar recipe anywhere. Also, how do they season and cook their chicken?
