I dunno...I can put away bags of apples very easily. Same with grapes. Pineapple. You may not get fat on them but if you eat a lot of them (and it's easy!), you won't lose as much.

This! People aren't fat or unhealthy because they eat too many healthily prepared fruits and veggies and yes, this includes starchy veggies and bananas.
The way I decide how healthy a food is it how much of it i can eat. Pretty hard to binge on a baked potato or bananas. Not potatoes in the form of French fries are another story.
