I was at the adjoining Ritz last March. It’s a nice property. We went to the Ritz pool which was very sedate. The Marriott pool was more kid friendly. We drove to the parks which was very easy.

Have stayed at The Marriott Grande Lakes twice. Kids loved the lazy river and agree with pp that it is less crowded during the week.

I love the grand lakes, its attached to the ritz and they share a spa in between the properties. I don't go as often as I use to because it was getting very crowded now that they have the ritz timeshares.

The brunch is great and the lazy river is very nice.

Try to spend at least one weekday there as it is less busy.
