The only liquid allowed over the 3oz rule is breast milk or a liquid prescription which needs medical paper work to back it up.

I did once with 5&6 years old kids. For some reason we either had to open them or one of us had to get a full pat down. I made the sacrifice and got the pat down.

Tetrapak is the brand name of the type of packaging. I bought Organic Valley whole milk in single-serve packaging, not resealable.

I'm not familiar with that brand...but I've literally brought quart-sized cartons of milk through tsa and it's fine. The one thing is that sometimes they open them and test them - is the box resealable? Even if it's brand new / seal unbroken, there's a good chance they'll have you open it up so they can test it. But the amount won't be an issue

Has anyone tried to take 8 oz boxes of tetrapak milk through TSA? Traveling alone with 1-year-old in a few weeks, and I'd like to avoid having to remember to buy milk at the airport. Thanks in advance!
