NP. How do you do the walking at home? Wouldn’t that require a treadmill? I’m in a similar situation to OP - haven’t worked out since first was born 5 years ago and live in an apt/condo - but need to do it while kids are asleep (single now).

Yes, you walk or match in place with some variation at a fast enough tempo, 1 mile is 15 minutes. 2 miles is 30 minutes. 3 miles is 45 minutes.
Ellen Barrett and Gilad and the others I mentioned don't usually involve complicated steps to learn. You can use your own body weight for strength training or buy a set of 3 and 5 pound free weights. You will get a great workout without pounding your joints or making a lot of noise.
