That builder grade home is 15 years old. I guarantee it will need a new HVAC system shortly if they haven't already replaced it. I assume school's are awful too.

It seems fine to me. Way too many bedrooms. I guess there is a market for 7 bedroom homes but the need seems rarer in this area.

The builder (as there was obviously no architect involved) should have stuck to a straightforward and traditional roof line.

Huh. I don't understand why this house is being trashed. Looks like it would be a great house for a family with a nice large yard and good open space, which is what buyers are looking for. "Heinous" and "garish" and "ugly"sounds like sour grapes neighbors to me.
