No food on the cruise was particularly memorable to me. We ate one adult only meal at Palo.

Honestly no. Remy is an amazing experience but if you're not really into food I would skip it. they could probably do something vegetarian with chicken but it wouldn't be worth the up charge in my opinion.
Maybe choose Palo if you want an adult only dinner.
