My ideal is that I bring breakfast to work and eat it at 10am. Lunch at 1, a snack around 3 or 4, dinner around 7, and a small dessert and a low-calorie beverage (usually tea or a diet hot cocoa in the winter and iced tea or fizzy water with a bit of juice when it's warm) before 10.
If I'm busy at work and don't eat until lunch, it's easier. The hardest times for me are late afternoon at work (so I leave room in my diet for snacks then) and after dinner (I find it helpful to stay busy with something outside of the kitchen, to plan for a treat, and to brush my teeth and go to bed even if I'm not ready to sleep afterwards...can always read or something).
