Thanks! I actually meant the “it doesn’t mean anything” more in terms of the fact it’s probably just water weight/natural day-to-day weight fluctuation/etc. rather than weight lost because of an actual caloric deficit but I’ve been at this weight for awhile so it’s a good feeling!


I know what you meant. I’m just saying you won’t be able to get down to 191 or 189 if you didn’t get to 193 first

Weighed myself yesterday morning at the gym. Weighed myself this afternoon again at the gym, and I’m down to 193 from 195! I know it doesn’t mean anything but I feel like I got over that psychological hump and now I’m motivated to keep going!
