Our whole family is doing it, so yeah. He loves all food, so this works for him. He eats everything.

Please tell me you are a troll and joking. Children need a fully balanced diet for brain growth. I'm sure the authors of Whole 30 would tell you it is in no way meant for a toddler. So you're not giving him any milk, yogurt, cheese, carbs? You are an idiot.

There are plenty of carbs on a whole 30 and going without dairy is no biggie-lots of people can’t digest it well anyway. You’re the knee-jerk idiot.

I would be SO down for this - if not for alcohol and coffee!

I work best with just the bullet points, so the internet was sufficient for me.

If you want the how and the why and recipes, you should get the whole30 book.

I'm on day 2!

I love tessamae dressings and condiments.
I usually make a big batch of pulled pork. You can put it with eggs, tucked cauliflower, on salad, on roasted veggies, etc.

Soups are great this time of year which is helpful.

I found whole30 hash browns that will be convenient.

I buy hot dogs to have on hand when I'm in a pinch.

Finally, the first 10-11 days can be hard but I do think it's worth it!

Will be checking in but have to do an elimination diet, so whole 30+.

I’ll do January, but start in a week to prep as I wasn’t really ready for yesterday (moving -yay).

I LOVE the meatballs in Well Fed, over zoodles. And anything with eggs. The often make Shakshuka.

Turkey sloppy joes over zoodles! Yum! Good luck and stick with it! I’m doing it in March before spring break!

I love whole 30 but I won’t do it this month because I know I’ll cheat

My favorite dish is a vegetable hash with Brussels sprouts and sweet potatoes, plus eggs. So easy and filling.

Good luck!
