My nose pretty much runs all winter - every time I come in from the cold, it starts up. I'm not sick. I also get seasonal allergies so generally if I'm blowing my nose in fall or spring, it's that. Sexy, right?

So keep in mind that some people might not be sick, just because they have a runny nose.

My nose always runs when I go to the gym and our gym is extremely clean and dust-free.

I have exercised induced asthma and allergies. Don't assume all hacking and snot is contagious. Its particulalry bad at the moment from the dry air and spending time with myt parent's dogs over the holidays.

I get it, it’s the first of the year and you want to try better and work out. Great. Wonderful. New year, new you. Awesome.

But if you go together gym hacking and sucking up snot, you are an a-hole. A complete and total a-hole. Work out at home or outside.
