Well, sometimes the best decision isn’t a wanted decision. Just because he broke up with you doesn’t mean it wasn’t a sound decision, and doesn’t mean he isn’t allowed to feel sad over the loss of the relationship.

But that’s probably going WAY over your head, especially since you’re so involved with what your ex is doing on IG.

Hugs OP. I went through a breakup a few weeks ago. It does get easier but the very beginning is the WORST.
