Tell us more! Was it the coaches? I’ve seen some negative reviews about canned answers (like above).

Years ago I lost 40 lbs with WW and kept it off for years, using LoseIt occassionally when I strayed ... but neither of those is working now for me. I just cancelled my WW account and signed up with Noom. We'll see.

I also lost a lot of weight with WW but I cannot get behind the plan changes they made 2 years ago and as a result have gained some weight back. Wondering if Noom is worth trying.

I'm in week 3 and very happy so far. It's similar in some ways to Weight Watchers (which also worked for me) but with a lot more support.

My SO did it for about 6 months, lost 15 pounds. We just started keto and the weight is coming off way faster and with less effort. But that's just us, try it and see if it works for you

Yep. Did it for two cycles. Not renewing.
I liked the food tracker and the exercise tracker. But the calorie restriction is nuts. I say this as a former competitive athlete who is looking for a new normal. It assumes you are sedentary.

I started this week but can’t quite figure out their food system. Why are diced tomatoes considered to be a red food? I haven’t been assigned to a group yet which is the part I think will help motivate me.

Yes, it was a waste. My "coach" could never actually answer the question I asked, she always replied with some canned answer in the vague ballpark of the subject of my question but it was never on point. Then I was switched to a different coach who literally never responded to anything.

I signed up but didn't find it very helpful or personalized. I didn't give it very long though so I'd love to hear about other experiences.

I ran across this diet and fitness online program called Noom that is supposed to be similar to Weight Watchers but more personalized with a coach. Is anyone familiar with it?
