I'm an excellent cook, and I finally started using those skills to make meals that are healthy but are also tasty and filling. I carefully plan all of my meals each week, including snacks (too much snacking has always been a major issue for me). I do a lot of Mediterranean cooking but I don't have any food types that I've completely given up (I still eat carbs, sugar, cheese, etc. but in moderation, and I always track it). Im trying to do this in a way that is sustainable over the long-term.
