Who knows what 2018 will bring, but I need to be prepared. Am hoping to get recommendations for personal trainers in upper nw who can help me lose 10 lbs (maybe, am not that out of shape) and honestly just give me a boost / help me find my confidence in the gym. I just need to make some I roads to being more independent again.
