Subject: Best site to find DC rentals?
We have a rental and posted on every site we could find. Almost no one responded through Craigslist. A surprisingly high number responded through Zillow and Rent.com.

Zillow is thought to attract a higher quality tenant, so I know of several landlords that only list there

Zillow/Hotpads/Trulia are all part of the same network of websites. I list my rental on those, plus Craigslist and Military by Owner. That seems to cover everything.

I know people use Zillow to rent properties in Capitol Hill but I'm not familiar with the 16th Street NW area. Hope that helps!
