How would it jeopardize her career? Its not her direct patient and she didnt say the son was also her patient but maybe I read too much into her post?

He's my patients son and we're both married! He's 20 years older than me. I don't know why I can't get him off my mind. Husband is low drive and agreed to open marriage but I guess Im just nervous about really crossing that line- what if DH changes his mind and really isnt ok with it. I cant unring that bell. I think it will change our relationship. I have no desire to divorce but sex 2x per year is unsustainable and seems like open marriage can get so messy and complicated.
