I LOVE adding all those giftcards to my Starbucks app! I go there quite often.

Amazon.

Teachers don’t get much sleep and few schools provide coffee unless it’s a meeting.

There’s a questionnaire we fill out. There are plenty of ideas I gave. For the record, my favorite thing is a handwritten note from a student. I need nothing more more. But crikey, opened stuff is awful.

Last year I asked the teacher to pick a few stores and suggestions and she gave it to me. This year nothing so she'll get a generic gift card.

Yeah, because there’s a tactful way to do that.

Everyone gets dumb gifts every now and then. No big deal. Throw away and move on.

I had no idea that sending in used/open/unsealed items as gifts was a thing.

I usually did Starbucks gift cards.

Hey look, we’re grateful for the thought the vast majority of the time. But please don’t send in opened-anything or unsealed anything! The opened cookies and unsealed lipbalms went right into the trash. Why do parents do this?
