I agree, any "quirky hipster name" practically by definition is going to be a generational marker for your daughter all her life, just like Nancy, Barbara, and Susan are for Boomer women.
If you actually just want your DD to have a unique name that no one else will have, go with Susanna, which hasn't been in the top 1000 in several years.
