so at my job, for full time hourly employees

You also get a health and welfare allowance of $4.27 an hour for every hour worked – as a temporary employee, that’s paid in cash.
Does Thanksgiving count as a hour worked? in Payroll it went under Holiday. (H) -8 hours.
