The white guys in the old boys club are going to keep screwing those of us who are not a part of their club unless we join together and vote as a block. What they are doing with this tax bill is outrageous but they get away with it because we let them. Do you really think that a Senate made up of nearly half women and with more men of color would have voted to push forward a tax bill that no one had really read, that the CBO and Joint Committee on Taxation said would balloon the deficit and mortgage our children's futures, that the Treasury Dept. had never even analyzed, would raise taxes on middle, lower, and working class Americans, the poor, college students, the elderly and give money to the billionaires in Trump's cabinet including the wife of the Senate majority leader. I don't think so. I really don't. I really hope that those of you that are outraged by this tax reform sham will work to vote out every single one of these greedy bottom feeders that care more about pleasing their wealthy donors like the Kochs & the Mercers than they do about the men and women that elected them.
It is 303 days until the 2018 House and Senate races. It's time to get to work supporting candidates. If you live in DC like I do, you need to help elect people that will look out for us in other states. Our taxes are going up and we don't even have a Senator or Member of Congress to call who can actually vote. It's time to Rise Up like the colonists did in Hamilton. They won because they outwitted the British. If we pull together we can certainly outwit these turn coat windbags. Anyone who is already active, please post what you are doing so those of us who want to can join you. I don't know about the rest of you but I am a #metooer like e.v.e.r.y s.i.n.g.l.e s.o.l.i.t.a.r.y woman I know and I am so sick and tired of it. I want better for my daughter. I want better for my son. As Dana Nessel who is running for Attorney General in Michigan said--"Who can you trust to not show you their penis in a professional setting? Is it the candidate who doesn't have a penis? I'd say so"

You're right, but I'd hope that just once they see the reprecussions for voting in corporate backed hacks. I really hope Paul Ryan is able to privatize social security. I really would like to see Medicare and Medicaid chopped down to nothing. We have w to thank for Medicare part d. I really hope big pharma gets to set the prices to life saving medications - free market right? I can't wait to pay for access to websites once the FCC does away with net neutrality. So much winning!
