+1. I'm not a particularly easy to gross out person, DH and I use the toilet to pee when the other is in the bathroom all the time, NBD. Pooping in front of each other (and facetime counts) is my line in the sand.

I'd find it a little gross, but I don't think it's something to get overly upset about. Just tell him that you don't want him to facetime you from the bathroom anyway and leave it at that.
