LAMB should have put out a press release about this and otherwise disseminated it widely. It is a significant decision and would demonstrate its commitment to transparency.

Why are they allowing the ED to finish out the year?

This will only be good for the school in the long run.

Disagree- teachers are the reason the school is so good. The idea for lamb was great, but all the heavy lifting was done by the parents. I assure you very few parents will miss them.

End of an era simiply means that the founders will be gone. Agree that the school will survive this.

The Board members who were in place during this period should resign too, IMO. They could have and should have asked many more questions.

Maybe. Sounds like the investigation concluded information was withheld from the Board.

Yes but what they did know did not prompt any review of policies, procedures etc. They accepted what they were told at face value, and there's no evidence they asked any questions later -- e.g. have there been any more reports about Fernandez?

100% agree. And term limits for the remaining ones.

The Board letter said that more than one teacher informed the principal and the school psychologist about numerous concerning interactions between Fernandez and students -- while the teachers did not witness overt sexual abuse they thought his behavior was inappropriate and that he failed to observe appropriate boundaries.
