I was a patient and had this happen once. It seemed to be a glitch in their system. Usually they're really good about that stuff.

That seems weird because even if he is on vacation he has DeSouza backing him up and should have the answering service come on.

Trying to reach Dr. Robert Footer at Sibley and not getting an answer at either office - it just rings and rings and rings. No answering machine or answering service. Same yesterday. Anyone know if office is on an extended holiday closure or something? Just seems odd there is nobody answering whatsoever.
