There is an app that you can use that tracks by color the voices of who is speaking in a conversation and you can look at the screen and show her, see that purple, that's you, see that tiny dot of green, that's me. a visual to show how much she dominates conversations can be eye opening to a kid. Sorry, I can't remember the name of it.
Also, get some games focused on communication, or play games like charades or pictionary where she has to communicate without talking, or backseat drawing where she has to really listen to someone else.
A few sessions with a speech language therapist on pragmatics can help a lot too.
