it's not a magic wand, quality improvement is not guaranteed on it. On the other hand, as you age your quality is guaranteed to go down, even on supplements.

This has not been thoroughly studied, but researchers have used up to 2,000mg of CoQ10 per day in studies on Parkinson's and found few noticeable side effects. As the other posters say, you may want to scale back for maintenance. Sounds like it may be having some type of positive effect, so you may not want to stop all together.

Don't know. I took 300 mg daily which is the recommended dose. Just scale back if you are concerned. Have you seen any change in the percent of eggs fertilized and that make it to day 5?

I have been taking 400-500 mg ubiquinol daily for egg quality for a really long time now (2 years?) I never saw an improvement in egg quality but did see an increase in AFC and # eggs retrieved. Is it possible that there is a tipping point and you can get too much ubiquinol built up in your system that could have a negative effect on egg quality? Or is there no such thing as too much good antioxidants?
