If you're close to Bethesda I would try sitting at the bar at Lebanese taverna, black's bar & kitchen, or Jaleo's depending on what kind of food you like.

Resteraunt at wild wood shipping center on old Georgetown and democracy (I think wildwood kitchen) is open. Saw the sign yesterday
