My dog is a member of my family. She goes anywhere your bratty children would be expected to go.

Deal.

I love my dogs but I am a responsible, respectful dog owner. My dog does not go into grocery stores, restaurants, malls, etc. and neither should yours.

DEAL.

Your precious Fifi is an animal. Leave it outside, in the car, at home, or maybe find another time to shop for food.

Agree.

It's also against the health code since food is being prepared there.

We were in a small butcher shop the other day, and a woman walks in with her dog. Too fast for the cashier at the door to stop her (I asked the cashier about it).

Do people not know businesses can lose their license to operate if they allows (non-service) animals in?

My last dog got so elderly and disabled that he couldn't use his back legs and you would not believe how nasty people were when I pushed him in a stroller. I never took him in grocery stores or Panera or any place that served food. People would just see us on the street and make comments.

I don't do it, even though I have a very tiny dog. I have seen people in the grocery store carrying dogs larger than mine (sometimes much larger), and asked if management ever asks them to leave (no). As long as management doesn't care, I don't see any reason for them to stop.

Yeah, super gross. And entitled on behalf of the owners.

It's like stories you hear about sad women pushing dolls around in a stroller, burping them, cradling them, bringing them everywhere. If it weren't so gross, I'd feel really sorry for the stroller dog "moms" - they're clearly not very mentally well.

I agree.

Although it would be nice if no one was allergic and all dogs were well-behaved enough.

Dreams.

The obsession with bringing your doggy everywhere is over the top. I've seen people bring their dogs in numerous grocery stores, and they were definitely not service dogs. It's gross. Your precious Fifi is an animal. Leave it outside, in the car, at home, or maybe find another time to shop for food.
