My 22 month old has been watching the Daniel Tiger potty episode pretty regularly, and has been asking for the "TV bear". It took me a little while to realize she thinks Daniel is a bear. I said, "Daniel is a TIGER, Larla." And she said, "no, Daniel BEAR." Pointed to the bear on her pajamas then TV and said, "BEAR (pajamas), DANIEL BEAR." I mean, he does look like a bear, so fair enough I guess!

She also loves to tell the dogs, "Dogs quiet!" when they bark at the squirrels. I wish, kid. I wish.

My toddler loves being helpful and so if I ask her for help with something (can you put away your toys, can you go wash your hands) she goes, “yes. I can do that!” It’s adorable.

She also likes feeding the dog and then going and finding him and telling him, “dinner’s ready! Come and get it!”

My 2 year old took off his socks this morning and loudly proclaimed "no socks! Today I only having feet!"

My 18 mo took off his own sweatshirt for the first time he was walking in circles trying to catch a back arm to pull it out for awhile and I asked if he needed help and he said "noooooo!" He finally got it and then the whole sweatshirt and then clapped his hands with glee!

My DH drops the kids off in the morning, but we all leave at the same time. My 3 year old insists I stand on the curb while they drive away to wave at them. We have to blow kisses too. My 12 month old has caught on and now he looks furiously between his sister waving to me and waves like crazy. Then he smacks his face with his open hand to attempt to blow a kiss. I see his sweet little face (in the backward seat) as they drive away and he's always smiling at the routine.

Honestly it sets the tone for my whole day sometimes. Because even if we had a hectic or stressful morning getting out the door, their sweet little arms waving like crazy and blowing kisses just sets my heart right.

My 3 year old requests privacy when going to the bathroom. So she'll ask for help turning on the light and then immediately say "I NEED PWIVACY MAMA!" as she sits down. It's hilarious because guess who has been telling her *I* need privacy in the bathroom for roughly 2 years? I'm happy to give it to her. Even if 3 seconds later she yells "I'M DONE!".

my son will randomly yell out "AND THANK YOU" from the end of You're Welcome on the Moana soundtrack and I love it.

if you ask my toddler what sound a fish makes, he says "Bubble, bubble." Now, when he wants goldfish for his snack, he walks over to the pantry and demands "Bubble! Bubble!" He only has about 20 words, so it's funny to hear him using what little language he has to make toddler demands.

Love it! My toddler was terrified of the giant motion-activated wolf at Home Depot but insisted that we keep going back to see it and then would cling to me and go, "Scared! Wolf!"

The entire ride home and much of the rest of the day, he kept repeating, "Scared! Wolf!"

Just figured I'd make a positive post after spending too much time in the political forum! Anyone's toddlers do something particularly adorable lately?

My two year old dd was scared of a giant fake spider we put out for Halloween so we named it frank and started talking to it like it was a friend and now dd walks by it and cheerily says 'hi Frank! No scared. How you doing Frank? Frank friend!' Then she blows him a kiss. It's been cracking my and dh up.
