WF also has double cream and clotted cream in jars. I don't know if it's UHT or not.

If you are using it for whipping, make sure to get heavy cream that does not have carrageenan, it doesn't whip as well.

We get Natural by Nature heavy cream at WF, it is regular pasteurized, not UHT, and no additives. The cows are pastured raised, too, if that's important to you.

The other difference is that UK double cream is fresh, not UHT like most cream here, so in some applications, the taste is a bit different.

I think that's just the UK term for heavy whipping cream (though it may be slightly higher in butterfat)
