DW here. I love, love, love kissing. One of my fondest memories is making out with a guy on top of a cliff in the middle of the night, ha.

DH hates it. He gets disgusted by people kissing in public, and all he'll give me are fast pecks. I swear, half the time his lips don't even make contact.

It makes me sad. I always loved that time at the beginning of a relationship, when you haven't had sex yet so you spend all your time making out. It seems like once you start having sex, guys just want to rush straight to the PIV.

I am a DH who loves passionate kissing. We kiss every morning and night but so often passionately.

I love kissing my husband. Even “making out.” We’ve been together for 13 years, married for 10.

Interesting that PPs who don’t kiss still have active sex lives, and that seems to be a common dynamic. I wonder why?

Kissing is very important to me. Non-compatible kissing is a deal breaker in a relationship. We kiss a lot.

Same here, but sometimes during sex we "make out". Generally just kissing on lips which we do everyday

Same as the above PPs. Almost no kissing, but we are very intimate (sex at least 3 Times a week). I often wondered if it was normal the lack of passionate kissing. We kissed a lot at the beginning of our relationship and then we stopped.

My husband and I are not very kissing compatible. I actually almost decided not to date him due to the fact that I didn't enjoy kissing him (too much spit/slobbery), but obviously continued on and married him. I am not really into kissing him, but do it when he initiates it. We have an active sex life otherwise.
