It doesn’t sound unreasonable to me. $120K/yr. I’ve always thought parents that give up their careers to raise kids should earn some sort of salary. Call it her just in case money. She can spend it on clothes, shoes, bags, etc and she can put some away just in case she ever needs her own money.

Duh, she's socking it away so she can leave her misogynist husband.

Seriously, she gets it all so what ever she wants to spend. Why should she have to ask or have an allowance?

I think you're missing the point. She has needs, OP. Diamonds get dusty over time, and you can't trust anyone to clean them, so it makes more sense to put them in the safe and buy new, shiny ones. Same with the car. And the plane.

Our budget gives $500 every two weeks.

That is for food and household products.

I guess it irritates me a little. With the shoes, clothes, bags, I feel like she thinks money grows on trees.

The monthly payment is just spending money for her- so she can buy clothes, jewelry, entertainment, etc. We started at $7k 3 years ago and now she is saying her friends all get $10k a minth spending allowance. Our HHI exceeds 7 figures so going to $10k a month wouldnt make a difference. But I also wonder what in the world costs $10k a month. It seems excessive, no?
