Some different trainers - and even some shelters - offer puppy kindergarten classes that'll probably be helpful if you're feeling a little intimidated.

Thank you so much! I am just over the moon to have such a new fun adventure coming our way. I did get some recommendations for puppy kindergarten from the shelter and will check these out as well.

I think you will find them helpful - plus you can meet other people with puppies, and meet up for playdates, while secretly knowing for certain you are the one with the best puppy of all.

It's going to be so much fun.
But also, just don't get overwhelmed - they need food, water, love, walks, toys, and regular vet checkups. Say "no" in a consistent manner when you want them to stop doing something - while also being aware and tolerant that puppies can be little kooks who run around like madmen and will occasionally chew the wrong thing.
