28, marketing manager in ATL, 30-40hrs/wk, $80k. I am 100% remote even though I live 7 miles from the office.

7-12hrs/day depending on period. I do project-specific work in policy. For abt. 4 weeks a year things are super slow so 4-5hr/days. Fairly flex schedule as well.

38, fed attorney, hours vary. i'm in the office probably a little less than 40 hours/week but work a LOT of nights and weekends from home as needed. Probably averages 55-60 hours/week total, with occasionally much more. GS-15 - around 160k

I am 36, work from home 8-5, rarely take lunch, $185k. The work from home is unique and my company makes it work since the alternative is that I quit (commuting was too much). I don’t think it’s about time spent at work - it’s the value you bring.... I manage a large team and direct a lot of our firms strstegic investments.

I could be making $50k more elsewhere but it would mean 12 hour days. Not worth it.

36. 9 hr days right now since I just got promoted to a management job. $125k. Ocasional evening stuff too but that's me trying to stay ahead and learn.. Before this promotion is was strict 8hrs a day and only a little less money.
