Hi everyone. Over summer, I was diagnosed with DOR (AMH 0.76, FSH 10.4), sub-clinical hypothyrodism, and immune issues. At my RE's suggestion, I have been taking supplements to improve quality / quantity of eggs for 2-3 months before TTC'ing again: prenatal vitamins, fish oil, vitamin d, vitamin e, CoQ10, DHEA, melatonin, bee pollen, royal jelly, myo-inositol, A-arginine, and pycnogenol. I've also gone mostly gluten and grain free (but I don't have celiac disease).
It's been 7 weeks since this regimen and now my menstrual period is delayed by a week. I've always been regular - 28 days although it was getting a bit shorter over the last 5 months to 25-26 days. Has anyone experienced delayed menstrual period? I took HPT and I am not pregnant.
I would also love to hear whether these supplements have helped with egg quality / quantity improvements.
p.s. I am also having my life's worst constipation despite incredible amount of veggies I eat with this new diet.
