It's not unusual to not have a physical textbook and some classes don't rely exclusively on textbook materials - they may receive one later in the year. My son's AP Physics teacher assigns reading in the textbook and then explains after gving them a quiz that the textbook didn't explain the concepts correctly. I would prefer that he just not have a textbook!

I want to know what is covered in my child's science courses. They don't have any text books. Is there any place I can find this information?
