That's exactly what I was going to say. For something built in 2001 it looks very 1986. For $2.6M you can do a LOT better.

I like the house. If you have the money for it, its a nice house. I am not sure about the location though. Also, in that price range, there are many other houses that I like more than this one. There is enough of a clientele in this area for houses like this. Not a bad house at all.
