That's exactly what I was going to say. For something built in 2001 it looks very 1986. For $2.6M you can do a LOT better.

It's not terribly ugly. But for that price point and considering what it could have been, yes, it's quite disappointing.

Ok, that is really, really ugly. Money can't buy taste, that much is clear.

Ok, so the positive is the amount of space. The negative is that the finishes are either bland or ugly (and sometimes both).

Yikes.

I like the house. If you have the money for it, its a nice house. I am not sure about the location though. Also, in that price range, there are many other houses that I like more than this one. There is enough of a clientele in this area for houses like this. Not a bad house at all.
